Sanyo PLV Z4 Review

Sanyo PLV Z4 - LCD Projector

Sanyo PLV Z4
The PLV-Z4 offers a permanent reproduction of the three primary colours, like in natural light, resulting in images that are closest to those perceived by the human eye and making them wonderful to watch. With 3LCD technology, the image is reconstituted inside of the projector offering a great deal of stability and avoiding a 'rainbow effect.'

The PLV-Z4 is equipped with two irises. The first, situated directly in front of the lamp, automatically controls the contrast of the image. The second, in front of the lens, has a permanent menu that allows the user to adjust the controls to his liking. It also allows for the control of luminosity with 7 presets and 64 variations possible. The contrast is therefore capable of being optimised for any situation, up to 7000:1! Decidedly looking towards the future, the PLV-Z4 has an HDMI interface, which will allow it to handle all image signals with one cable, and without compression or loss of quality. It also has other standard connections.
